Flamewar

I didn’t know about this character until I picked up Prime's Deluxe Arcee. I had been searching my my heart out of eBay to find a decent priced 1st edition, when a Flamewar Legends size cropped up.

Flamewar…? By Primus! Who the hell is that? A quick jaunt over to Transformers Wiki and found out, in a nut shell she's some crazy ass Fembot who shares the same cast as Arcee, but is on the other side. She's basically trapped in a ‘who wore the cast best’ competition with Arcee.

Flamewar cropped up when Botcon used the Energon Arcee mould and repainted it, later on they did it again using the Beast Hunters mould. Which I think out of the two releases is the best.

Here I've used Primes Deluxe as at the time it was cheap to pick up and pretty much shelf warming, so if I ballsed it up I could acquire another no problem. If I had known at the time Botcon was going to do another Flamewar I really don't think I would of put the work in to this. She would still be Arcee.

This was my 1st attempt at painting a figure and I don't think it’s to shabby. There is a lot of techniques I leant from doing this as well as other’s I wish I had done. Top coating and base coating is one of them, yeah didn't do ether of those so a few places the paint has rubbed off.
